Avassah is a consultancy created by engineers and economists who together incorporate a wide experience in the technology and telecommunications market.
We have developed a business analysis model that points to the best technological options (Transport, IP, Access, Dark Fiber, Optical Spectrum, Optical Channel and Spectral Fractions) as well as the best market opportunities (financing, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring) .
Our engineers are pioneers in the development, manufacture and marketing of DWDM systems and in the design, construction and manufacture of subsea optical repeaters as well as GPON ultra broadband passive optical network. They also actively participated in the design and optical network based on cable laid in the riverbed as well as HVDC underwater system for power and data transmission.
Our economists have extensive experience in financial planning, administration and valuation, with expertise in analyzing the feasibility of various projects. In recent years, they have been dedicated to the participation and viability of startup companies.

Founder and former CEO of the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in Latin America, he has over 35 years of experience in the market. Electrical engineer with a PhD in optical communication and extensive experience in managing technology companies and leading high performance teams.
GLAUCO PEREIRA
Partner
Electrical Engineer from UNICAMP and MBA from ESAMC in Entrepreneurial Business Management. More than 15 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications market, developing products for optical transmission, mainly with DWDM technology. Coordinated systemic testing teams and managed products for fiber optic access using GPON technology.
CARLOS VINÍCIUS
Partner
Economist with extensive experience in the financial market, market analysis and business strategy for high-tech companies. He is a specialist in corporate finance from the State University of Campinas – Unicamp, also developing work in financial structuring, scenario modeling and pricing.
